Our Community

We know what it’s like to want something more from life. At All Souls, people from all walks of life journey together to find more connection, meaning, joy, and fulfillment. Humans need community – real community with deep listening and belonging – now more than ever. What is All Souls NYC?

We are a Unitarian Universalist congregation where folks of many different traditions and beliefs gather. Located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, All Souls NYC strives to create a community where rich dialogue and social action are core values. 

Who attends All Souls NYC?

Our community consists of many different people, from many different walks of life. We are a community committed to bolstering the next generation.

Who are the Ministers?

Rev. Dr. Galen Guengerich is the Senior Minister of All Souls NYC, and Pamela Patton is the the Director of Congregational Ministries.

How can I volunteer at All Souls NYC?

What time is the Service on Sunday?

All Souls has one weekly service at 11:15am in person at 1157 Lexington Avenue and East 80th Street. The doors to the sanctuary open at 11:00am. The service is also streamed live on YouTube.

What do I wear to Service on Sunday?

There is no dress code for service on Sunday. Please come as you are and wear what makes you feel the most comfortable. 

Is there programming before or after the Sunday Service?

Yes! Please join us for Adult Education at 10:00am before the service, and Coffee Hour after the 11:15am Service in Reidy Friendship Hall.
